Messe Frankfurt, organizers of the ISH North America 2008 Show, Jun. 19 announced its 2008 seminar program. The program includes educational sessions focused on presenting strategies for achieving business success, a new track exploring efficient technologies, and renewable energy-focused seminars structured to educate professionals on the growing use of green applications within their field.
Business sessions will feature marketing, operations, product and strategy instruction by some of the top names in the industry.  As an example, Adams Hudson, owner and president of Hudson, Inc., a contractor marketing firm, will demonstrate how contractors should be using marketing in his two seminars, “Contractor Marketing—Secrets Your Competition Does Not Want You to Know,” and “How to Put High-Performance Plumbing Marketing in Your Company Instantly.” A full marketing “makeover” worth $24,000 will be given away to one conference attendee.
Highlighted “green”-focused sessions include “Water Reuse and Water Reclamation” by Julius Ballanco, who will describe attempts to move toward a “greener” plumbing design and review how to comply with codes and protect public health with these new systems. Ballanco is president of JB Engineering and Code Consulting, P.C.
ISH North America’s seminar series will take place over three days, Oct. 1-3, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. For a full ISH NA 2008 seminar schedule and additional information on each of the sessions, visit www.ish-na.com.
