Alsons Corp., a supplier of shower products, has named John Davies vice president of sales and marketing. In his new role, Davies continues to lead the sales organization. Additionally, Davies is directing the marketing and new product development team. Davies managed this area of the business on an interim basis over the past seven months.
Burnham Holdings, Inc. of Lancaster, Pa., has appointed Dan Kelbaugh to vice president of sales and marketing for Burnham Hydronics. In his new position, Kelbaugh will take a more critical role in the overall sales and marketing direction for Burnham Hydronics.
Chicago Faucets said John F. Fitzgerald has joined the company as director of marketing. Fitzgerald will be responsible for all marketing areas, including product management, pricing, strategy, communications and branding. In addition, Fitzgerald will work closely with sales in the continuing development of customer-focused initiatives.
Legend Valve said Nov. 9 it has hired Paul Valentine as Western regional sales manager. Valentine has significant experience in the plumbing, commercial, irrigation, and industrial markets, having previously worked for NDS Inc., Victaulic Company of America, and Fastenal.
Affiliated Distributors said it has promoted Mary Ellen Heisey to vice president of administration. After joining the company in 2003 as director of divisional operations, Heisey participated in the creation and development of the divisional operations department. In her new role, Heisey will continue to lead the divisional operations department and oversee the administrative requirements of all five of A-D''s divisions.
FlowGuard Gold Pipe and Fittings has promoted three team members to regional sales managers. First up is Mike Lipke, who will serve as regional sales manager, West. Next, as regional sales manager, South, Marty Musgrave will manage a 12-state territory. And Gary Warren is the regional sales manager, North, and will manage a 12-state territory and Eastern Canada. In other action, Marvin D. Siple has joined Noveon as a FlowGuard Gold\CPVC Pipe & Fittings field sales consultant. He is responsible for creating awareness and developing primary demand for FlowGuard Gold CPVC water distribution systems for residential and commercial applications in western Florida.
WennSoft, a service management, job cost and equipment management software provider, has announced a number of promotions and an expansion of its management team. Jim Wenninger will continue to serve as the CEO of WennSoft and has promoted Julie West to the role of president and COO, Tim Kennedy to the role of executive vice president and Kerry Draper to the role of vice president of professional services. Additionally, the company has expanded its executive management team to seven seats in total. The current three seats are occupied by Jim Wenninger, Julie West and Tim Kennedy. Joining them will be Draper, along with Mike Neuser, director of sales, Tom Cunningham, director of marketing, and Jeff Schilling controller/treasurer.
JB Products is pleased to announce that it has added Paul Mosher as sales and marketing manager, retail showrooms. In his new position, Mosher will focus on the JB Signature product line, working with the kitchen and bath showroom accounts and plumbing wholesale accounts that have design showrooms. Prior to joining JB Products, Mosher worked as Midwest regional sales manager for Noritz America Corp., a manufacturer of tankless water heaters.
