    If you're a subscriber to the monthly Reeves Journal E-Newsletter (and you ought to be), you may have noticed a contest in the December issue.  We showed you a photo of an individual getting a tasty drink of water from a bubbler attached to a toilet and asked you to tell us where the photo was taken.
