Chicago Faucets on Facebook
Facebook followers can access the new Chicago Faucets facebook page. When you "like" Chicago Faucets on Facebook, you will receive regularly updated news and information directly on your Facebook wall. Interact with other fans of Chicago Faucets and stay up to date on the latest trends in commercial faucets and fittings. The page provides an educational platform and a forum for plumbing professionals to share ideas directly with Chicago Faucets and with each other.

PERC Drain Line Study Seeks Funding
Water-efficient fixtures lead to reduced water consumption, and can result in lower drainline and sewer line water flows. This provokes some important questions: Do these reduced flows lead, in turn, to stoppages of waste in building drains? The Plumbing Efficiency Research Coalition is undertaking a study that will begin to address those questions. After a donation by American Standard Brands, the project still needs $50,000. Contact Mary Ann Dickinson (maryann@a4we.org) at the Alliance for Water Efficiency for further information on contributing funding. Contributions will be tax deductible.

Noritz Opens Tech. Support and Call Center
Noritz America in November unveiled two new customer-service initiatives-a Technical Support Web Site and an In-House Call Center-with the goal of delivering information more quickly and efficiently to customers, whether their preferred method is the telephone or online. Targeting both trades people and consumers, the web site went live on Nov. 1, while the new call center began operations inside the company's Orange County headquarters on Nov. 28.

New-Look Web Page for Reed
Reed Mfg. Co. said recently its website has undergone a facelift in order to make it easier to navigate a product page to find operator manuals, parts, accessories and related products. Additionally, the photo library was overhauled. To the webpage visitor, it means more photos with captions. Find and download or e-mail Reed product photos right from the product page.

RSES Announces New Board
RSES welcomes its 2011-2012 board of directors, including its executive committee and regional directors. This board will serve until the 75th RSES Annual Conference which in Charleston, S.C. in 2012. regional directors serving on the RSES board include: Regions 1 and 3 George S. Friedman, CM; Region 2 Joe Marchese, CMS; Regions 4 and 6 Harlan "Skip" Krepcik, CMS; Region 5 and 7 Keith Hill, CM; Regions 8 and 11 Rich Hoke, CMS; Regions 9, 12 and 13 Mike Eckstein, CM; Region 10 Larry D. Brewer, CM; Regions 14 and 15 J.F. "Fred" Townsend; and Regions 16 and 17 Wes Maxfield, CM.
