HRAI Joins Sponsors 2010 Instructor Workshop

Organizers of the 2010 HVACR & Plumbing Instructor Workshop said it the Mar. 24-26, 2010, event would be for the first time sponsored in part by the Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada. Through the SkillTech Academy, HRAI is also sponsoring a certification course just prior to the Instructor Workshop on Mar. 22 and 23. 
   The 2010 HVACR & Plumbing Instructor Workshop, focusing on “Advancing Green Mechanical Concepts,” will be held March 24-26, 2010, at the National Conference Center in Lansdowne, Va. 
   The Residential Mechanical Ventilation Installation Course, designed for contractors, technicians and building professionals involved with the design and installation of residential mechanical ventilation systems including heat and energy recovery ventilators, will cover the fundamentals of air quality assessment and system design, requirements and installation. 
   Additionally, attendees of the course can qualify for 16 hours of continuing education credits towards NATE recertification.
   This two-day course is being fully sponsored by HRAI, including exclusive no-charge registration and complimentary two-night lodging for registrants. More information about registration for this course will be available in the near future.

   The HVACR & Plumbing Instructor Workshop is sponsored by nine industry-leading organizations, including HRAI, and the Air Conditioning Contractors of America, the Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute, the Council of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Educators, Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International, North American Technician Excellence, Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association Educational Foundation, Refrigeration Service Engineers Society and SkillsUSA.
