BrassCraft, a Novi, Mich.-based supplier of water supplies and other plumbing products, said it has completed an extensive redesign of its Web site, located at www.brasscraft.com
“Our customers will find the redesigned site more engaging and dynamic,” said Jeff Jollay, vice president of marketing and product development. “Most importantly, it helps them get what they need faster.”
Generally organized around the company's five core product categories--Water Stops, Water Connectors, Gas Valves, Gas Connectors and Fittings--the redesigned site makes detailed information quickly available. Web-surfing contractors and wholesalers can obtain up-to-date information on technology and trends that will help improve their business.
The company said the new Customer Support section provides technical documents, a Literature Library, and--relevant to wholesalers--Electronic Data Interchange technology to help streamline their business process, and SureCount, a state-of-the-art shipping verification system.
Finally, a new Web store enables customers to shop and purchase BrassCraft logo merchandise directly.
“We're confident our customers will find the refreshed website a valuable tool in locating and learning about the products they need and in conducting business with BrassCraft,” Jollay said.
