The HVACR & Plumbing Instructor Workshop, scheduled for Mar. 5-7 at the National Conference Center in Lansdowne, Va., will
feature numerous HVACR and plumbing-specific technical sessions that will focus
on the “What’s new and great in ’08” theme.
Sponsored by eight organizations across the HVACR and
plumbing industry, this Workshop will enhance instructional techniques in the
classroom and provide networking opportunities to all participants.
The Council of Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Educators
will meet during the workshop on Mar. 5. In addition to a
CARE general session, CARE will sponsor various sessions including: Recruiting Non Traditional Workers; Teaching Technical Subjects; Training Based on ICE and NATE Data; as well as
ICE, NATE, and RSES
exams.
The HVACR & Plumbing Instructor Workshop is open to all
HVACR and plumbing instructors, administrators and counselors in secondary,
post secondary and proprietary programs.
In addition, HVACR plumbing and apprentice program instructors and
administrators as well as apprentice program advisory committee members are
encouraged to attend.
The 2008 HVACR & Plumbing Instructor Workshop is
