One plumbing contractor in Phoenix is going to great lengths to make sure all of its customers-and everyone in the city-is aware of tankless water heaters and, most importantly, where to get them.
Trilogy Plumbing owner Ron Gillespie has outfitted the service, repair and installation company''s newest van with an outsized display of Rheem tankless water heaters, essentially creating a moving billboard.
"It''s the only one like it in the world," Gillespie said, adding he gets a lot of double takes when he drives the van around the greater Phoenix area. No doubt-the Trilogy van is decked out with Rheem tankless water heater insignia and features giant photographs of the latest products.
"I prefer to put in tankless heaters," Gillespie said. "I''ve only had one person not want to put one in, and now he regrets it."
Gillespie is a long-time advocate of tankless water heater technology. Trilogy handles commercial and residential applications, and Gillespie says when the company does a remodel, he always recommends converting to tankless. And, about a year ago, Gillespie decided to install Rheem tankless units exclusively.
