Vegas Trainers Confab Set For Visit From ‘Big Green’ The Green Mechanical Council said recently the Green and Sustainable Technologies Mobile Classroom, a mobile green training center, would be at the National HVACR Educators and Trainers Conference Mar. 15-16 at the Tropicana Resort & Casino Convention Center.
The Green and Sustainable Technologies Mobile Classroom is the ultimate educational tool for learning about green and sustainable technologies, the Council said. Las Vegas business owners can learn about the ways that their buildings can become more energy efficient, use fewer natural resources, and have minimal impact on the environment onboard the Green and Sustainable Technologies Mobile Classroom.
The on-board technologies feature mechanical systems that are designed to enhance a building’s energy efficiency while decreasing reliance on nonrenewable resources. Trainers and simulators found inside the Mobile Classroom include: solar heating system, geothermal system, fuel cell technologies, wind power generation, solar photovoltaic system, grey water toilet flushing system, anaerobic treatment process, and gas fired warm air heating.
