The San Diego PHCC said recently its 17th annual golf tournament is set for the Twin Oaks Golf Course Feb. 17. Proceeds from the event will go to the education fund for the granddaughter of longtime PHCC contractor member and past president, Ryan Scharbarth of Signature Plumbing.
